The only thing you have control over is failing your classes, the only advice I have for that is simply not to fail them. Do your homework, go in before or after school as necessary and get to know your teachers. Not only does it help you understand things better, but it lets your teachers know that you're a good kid, and wanting to improve.
The "upcoming" divorce, and the grounded parts you can't do anything about. I suggest just improve on your grades and start thinking about yourself quite a bit. Do what's right for you. Do better school work to help you in the future, once the school work is done and is becoming part of your routine, then you can use some of your brain power to cope with the other things.

Fire God is a great person from what I've seen and heard. =) Kudari-chan, you have my moral support if you want it. I can't really be THAT much of a help but I'll try. XP

The basis to improving any situation is being happy with yourself. You should come first, and if in turn your morals are where they should be helping others is helping yourself and your image. Once happy with yourself and the way you are most all stress factors become miniscule compared to before hand. Another deperessing yet somewhat uplifting thought is that there's always someone who has it worse than you do, if your parents are divorced, fine. There are kids who never knew about the idea of parents, if you have no friends, fine, there are people who have no friends because of a disability they have. If you're just plain feeling like nobody likes you, remember some thousands of miles away someone just died, and more are soon to follow. There is ALWAYS someone who is worse off than you, and that thought in itself should motivate you to be thankful for what you do have.
